DESCRIPTION:Coral Market returns to the historic Coral Gables Merrick House. The vintage market features vendors selling housewares\, furniture\, clothing\, accessories and collectibles. \n\n\n\nThe market takes place throughout the former home and gardens of Coral Gables founder George Merrick. Completed in 1910\, the house was constructed from local limestone known as coral rock. Its interior has been preserved to reflect how the property appeared in 1925. \n\n\n\nFounded in March 2025\, Coral Market brings vintage vendors\, collectors and shoppers together at the historic property. Visitors can shop throughout the house and gardens while viewing the Merrick family home and its preserved interior.

The series takes place every other Thursday from January through March at McBride Plaza in Downtown Coral Gables\, with performances scheduled from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. \n\n\n\nThis installment features the Leah Rutherford Quartet\, a jazz quartet selected to perform as part of the series. Participating ensembles audition before Frost School of Music faculty\, who select six groups for the season. The series is intended to give young musicians the opportunity to perform for residents\, businesspeople\, and visitors in Downtown Coral Gables.

DESCRIPTION:Concert pianist Thomas Pandolfi returns to the Lamar Louise Curry Concert Series for a solo piano performance showcasing his repertoire of classical and contemporary works. \n\n\n\nA graduate of The Juilliard School\, Pandolfi has performed internationally at venues including Alice Tully Hall\, the Kennedy Center\, and London’s Cadogan Hall. His repertoire includes works by Romantic composers Frédéric Chopin\, Ignacy Jan Paderewski\, and Leopold Godowsky\, as well as compositions by Johann Sebastian Bach and George Gershwin. \n\n\n\nA Steinway & Sons Artist\, Pandolfi is also known for his piano transcriptions of music from “West Side Story” and “The Phantom of the Opera.” His performances have been featured on PBS\, WETA\, WQXR\, and other national and international broadcast outlets.
