DESCRIPTION:Part of the University of Miami Libraries’ Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs\, Mindfulness for Inner Resilience offers free\, 45-minute online sessions designed to build focus\, calm\, and resilience through guided meditation\, mindful movement\, and reflection. \n\n\n\nSessions are led by Kelly Miller\, Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Director of Mindfulness and Well-Being Programs\, and Professor Scott Rogers\, Director of the Mindfulness in Law Program at the University of Miami School of Law. Guest teachers join select sessions.
