Gables Good Government Committee: Election Event

Coral Gables Good Government Committee (GGG) is hosting a Group I Mayoral Candidate Town Hall on March 3 at Coral Gables Congregational United Church of Christ, 3010 De Soto Boulevard, in the Fellowship Hall on Columbus Avenue, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
The event will feature Group I candidates Michael Abbott, Mayor Vince Lago, and Kirk Menendez. GGG members, guests, and residents are invited to attend, ask questions, and hear directly from the candidates about city charter referendums, public safety, and other key issues expected on the April ballot.
Founded in 2009, GGG is an independent, nonpartisan organization focused on promoting good governance in Coral Gables. The group provides opportunities for residents to engage with elected officials and candidates, fostering transparency, accountability, and civic participation. While GGG does not endorse candidates, it hosts town halls and community forums to encourage open dialogue on the city’s future.
